Franklin...Madison...Sebastian and Washington AR. in Oklahoma...Adair...Cherokee...Choctaw...Haskell...Latimer...Le Flore...McIntosh...Muskogee...Pittsburg...Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * Until 10 PM CDT this evening * Scattered strong thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall are likely into the evening with the potential for localized flash flooding across portions of southeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Much of the watch area has received 1 to 2 inches of rain so far, and local amounts of 5 to 6 inches are possible as additional storms continue to develop and move across the area. The heavy rain threat will shift more into southeast Oklahoma through the evening, with a few lingering storms remaining possible overnight.
